A Court of Thorns and Roses or ACOTAR as some call it is a great series that many people love. ACOTAR is well-written by Sarah J Maas. It’s a fantasy romance series that follows a young woman named Feyre. Sarah J Maas has become a very popular author and this series is a good reason why. If you don’t like romance, this book may still interest you as the storyline is still great.
5. The Witcher

The Witcher is a great series that was popularized by the Netflix series of the same name. The series was written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The first book was published in 1994 with the eighth and final book published in 2013. The books have a great storyline with many twists and turns. The storyline brings out great emotion with its many characters.
6. Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones is a popular series that is famously unfinished. It was popularized by the HBO series of the same name. It’s a popular series due to its adult themes and character turnover. The story is set in medieval times and it is written rather simply. The writing style matches the storyline which is famous for killing off characters left and right. I wouldn’t get too close to any of these characters because they likely won’t be around for very long. But it’s almost impossible to not get attached.

Fourth Wing is a popular fantasy romance series that pits good against evil. The series is new, having been published in 2023. It’s a steamy series made popular by TicTok. It’s spent a significant amount of time atop the Amazon best-seller list. If you like romance and steamy scenes, you might want to give this series a shot.
8. The Stormlight Archive

The Stormlight Archive is another popular series written by Brandon Sanderson. It is yet to be complete but there are six published books right now with another four planned making ten total books. Sanderson is famous for his world-building and magic systems. People love his characters and this series is no different. One can’t help but love these characters.
9. Crescent City Series

Crescent City is a hugely popular series written by Sarah J Maas. The first book in the series was published in 2020 and since then the series has gained a massive following. The first book has over ninety thousand reviews on Amazon and averages 4.7 stars out of 5. Like Sarah’s other books, this series is well-written and deserves it’s large following.
